LINDEN HOUSE
This newly redesigned house by architect Jo Nagasaka of Schemata Architects in Japan is minimalist in design and offers a private sanctuary in the heart of West Cork. With ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, it is the perfect house for large groups of up to 20 people.
There is a spacious living room with wood burner, elegant vaulted ceilings and spectacular views of Bantry Bay and the islands beyond. The large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and cosy nook provide plenty of space for meals.
Linden House is ideal for wellness and cultural retreats, featuring both indoor and outdoor saunas and a purpose-built yoga/community space overlooking the bay, Otter Rock and Garinish Island.
The terrace and barbecue area are perfect for outdoor dining. With a jetty built in the early 1800s, there are opportunities for ocean swimming, wandering through the magical rainforest and visiting the waterfalls and river.
